“I decided this journey to Lada would be my release from the old and unnecessary” 

I made a personal decision: this journey to Lada would symbolize cleansing, renewal, and letting go of what no longer serves me. 

It felt amazing to climb through the crevice between the rocks, holding the thought that I was being reborn. Then to sit quietly on a stone, meditate, and take in the magical view. 

And to finish the journey by bathing in a mountain river, bare and free – surrounded by dear women. 

Such a powerful surge of energy!
