No matter what state I’m in when I come to Lada, I always find peace. I always feel the urge to take off my shoes – to remove the barriers between myself and the earth. 

One of my personal rituals on the way to Lada is immersing myself in the Nymphs’ Bath behind the Ternoshorа Huk waterfall. It feels like a necessary cleansing before fully receiving the power of this place. 

It’s helpful when visitors read a bit about Ternoshorа Lada beforehand – then it no longer feels like just a pile of interesting stones.
